Get Into Golf and the Ladies Academy

The Club has a long history and proven success helping new players to learn the game and integrate into the club. It doesn’t matter whether you have never played golf before or if you haven’t picked up a club since your school days or an almost forgotten holiday. Our Get Into Golf programme is all about learning a new skill, enjoying the game and meeting new people.

Key details are as follows:

• Learn all aspects of the game
• Clubs and balls provided
• All lessons with a PGA qualified professional
• Saturdays at 11am with Julian Harding

The Academy will then help you take your game to the next level.  Whether you are new to golf or want to improve, our professionals will help you enjoy your golf and look forward to your next game.

With full grass practice area, covered bays, chipping green, practice bunker and putting green our practice facilities will enable beginners and seasoned golfers to improve their game all year round.

Our Academy programs run throughout the year. The programmes are fully flexible, so you can join at any time (and also make up any weeks you miss). Dress code is relaxed (trainers welcome), and clubs can be provided.

ACADEMY MEMBERSHIP

Group lessons with Professional £10 per hour.
Reduced rate individual 1-2-1 lessons with Professional.
Equipment provided by Professional if required.
10% off food & beverages
Rules & Etiquette group sessions
Fun women only beginner competitions
Full support from current women’s section, advice available, plus experienced playing partners to play holes on course and assist with everything club/golf related.
Unrestricted use of practice facilities
Two on course playing lessons in small group with Professional.
Work towards gaining a handicap of 54 or less.

Year 1 £500 + £26.50 Middlesex Affiliation Fee.

Mondays tee off anytime.
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday tee off after 1230pm
Friday & Saturday Tee off after 4pm
Sundays Tee off from 2pm

Year 2 £1000 + £26.50 Middlesex Affiliation Fee.

All benefits of year 1 and less restricted tee times.
Play in women’s section roll-ups & competitions
Working towards handicap of 36 or less once achieved tee times:
Mondays anytime
Tuesdays & Thursdays anytime after 11am
Wednesdays anytime
Friday & Saturday Tee off after 1230pm
Sundays Tee off from 12pm
