Being a full member of Grim's Dyke Golf Club allows you to benefit from all the facilities you would expect at a private members' golf club, including full seven day playing rights, entry to all competitions, handicap management, full use of the clubhouse and practice facilities and eligibility to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
Five-day members enjoy all the benefits of full membership with playing restricted to Monday to Friday. A five day member is not permitted to play at weekends without first paying the appropriate green fee. Five-day members may only enter midweek competitions and are eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting. Five Day members may play on a Bank Holiday without payment of a green fee.
At Grim’s Dyke we recognise that not everyone has a Lifestyle which allows them to commit to full membership of the club. Time, family commitments or financial resources may mean that full membership is just not for you or good value. However, we still want you to be a member of our great club and for that reason, we designed Lifestyle. This offers many of the rights enjoyed by any other member: maintaining a handicap, and the ability to compete in monthly competitions to name just a few.
As you play golf, you use credits. This ensures maximum flexibility to play on the days that suit you best. Plus, when you have used all of your credits, you can top us to ensure your membership sees you right the way through to renewal time.
On joining as a cadet member you will be able to play on weekends after 12.30 or any time from Monday to Friday. You will also be able to use the practice facilities and the clubhouse. Cadet members must be under 18 years at the commencement of the subscription. Both Junior and Cadet Members are able to have their handicaps administered.
